SRH Threatens Change Home Ground: Sunrisers Hyderabad have threatened to shift their home ground in IPL 2025. Actually, SRH franchise and Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) are face to face for the sale of tickets. The manager of Sunrisers Hyderabad team wrote a letter to HCA treasurer, CJ Srinivas, which clearly stated that SRH’s team would not tolerate HCA’s intervention under any circumstances. This letter was specially targeted by HCA President Jagan Mohan Rao.

According to the Times of India, it was claimed by Sunrisers Hyderabad that the poor treatment of HCA officials started in the year 2024. It was reported that SRH Vs LSG match was played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium on Thursday, March 27, in which Hyderabad Cricket Association officials booked the VIP box.

HCA violating rules

Sunrisers Hyderabad have signed an agreement with several stakeholders, under which the team has to provide 3,900 tickets to the beneficiaries. Of these, 50 tickets for VIP box are allotted to HCA, but the Hyderabad Cricket Association also demanded 20 tickets in the second VIP box. When this demand was rejected, it was said that the VIP box has been surrounded during the match with Lucknow Super Giants.

Home ground will shift …

The manager of Sunrisers Hyderabad said that the HCA president has threatened the team’s staff several times. The manager said that this is not the first time that free tickets are being blackmailed. In a letter written to the treasurer, it has been clear that the SRH team can change its home ground and if HCA does not change, then a complaint will be made to BCCI in this regard.
