This case is of 2019. When Mohammad Azharuddin was the President of HCA. The meeting of the Apex Council on 25 November that year was chaired by 62 -year -old Azharuddin. It was then decided that the North Stand will be named ‘Azharuddin Stand’. Which is the first V.V.S. Laxman was called Pavilion. On February 28 this year, a complaint was filed by the Lord’s Cricket Club (LCC) in Hyderabad. He claimed in the complaint that this decision is a violation of Rule 38.
