RCB vs PBKS IPL 2025 In the first match of the double header of the Indian Premier League 2025, Punjab Kigs had a match between Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB captain Rajat Patidar won the toss and decided to bowl first. In front of the team’s bowling, Punjab could reach 157 runs for 6 wickets. Virat Kohli took revenge for the defeat on Friday 18 April. In 18.5 overs, RCB won by losing just 3 wickets and broke the dream of reaching the top of Punjab’s points table.
On Friday (April 18), Punjab won by 5 wickets against Bangalore in a barrier of rain. The Punjab team has not made any changes in their playing eleven for this match. RCB has given a chance to Romario Shepherd by excluding Liam Livingston.

Punjab Kings’s innings
After losing the toss, the Punjab team came out to bat first. The beginning of the innings, Priyansh Arya landed with Prabhasimran Singh. Together, both of them started fast for the team once again and scored 31 runs in 3 overs. Priyansh Arya became a victim of Krunal Pandya by playing an innings of 22 runs on 15 balls. Krunal gave RCB the second success with the wicket of Prabhasimran. He was dismissed by scoring 33 runs on 17 balls.
