New Delhi. The terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday shook the entire country. In the Indian Premiraya League 2025 match, players and match officials will wear black bands during the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians. According to Times Now report, IPL has decided to remove fireworks and cheerleaders during the tonight match at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. On Tuesday, at least 26 tourists died after firing on civilians by gunmen in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reduced the tour of Saudi Arabia in view of this attack and held a meeting with Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and other officials. PM Modi said that “the criminals of this heinous act will be brought into the dock of justice and they will not be spared.”

The Resistance Front (TRF), a branch of Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let), has taken responsibility for this murder. The officials immediately informed Modi about this terrorist attack on Tuesday, which has strongly condemned outrage across the country and strong condemnation from the leaders of the world. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir will give Rs 10 lakh to the families of the deceased Rs 2 lakh to the seriously injured. It has announced to give an ex -gratia amount of Rs 1 lakh to minor injured people. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has also reduced her official visit to America in view of this attack.
