According to the report of the Indian Express, Jaiswal wrote an email to MCA on Tuesday seeking NOC to convert his cricket state team from Mumbai to Goa from next session.
In the report, a source of MCA said, “He (Yashasvi Jaiswal) has sought NOC from us and has said to be private to go to Goa.”
