In the Under-19 Youth Test, he scored the fastest century against Australia and left his mark during the Youth Asia Cup for Team India. Vaibhav has worked hard to reach here. He joined the Cricket Academy in Patna at the age of 9 years. The distance from Samastipur to Patna is about 100 kilometers. He used to go to the coaching center every day. Vaibhav used to start training at 7:30 am and continued training till evening. He has been following this schedule for the last 4 years.
