Children taking training in summer cricket camp

KarauliAfter many years, the beauty of cricket has returned to Karauli’s grounds again. Under the aegis of District Cricket Association (DCA), the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of children is made in the summer cricket training camp organized at Rajiv Gandhi Sports Sankul Maidan. This 15 -day camp is not only teaching the players the nuances of the game, but is also making them aware of modern cricket technology.
The camp is being started with basic skills to strengthen the foundation of cricket, which includes classes of batting, bowling and fielding. Also, special attention is being paid to advance training like net practice, pitch reading, game sense and fitness drills. Under the supervision of BCCI Level-1 coach Rajesh Kumar, young talent is carving itself in a professional environment.
Yoga and discipline school with cricket
Players are also being practiced not only sports, but also for mental strength. Yogacharya Mukut Bihari is training children for meditation and physical balance from 5:30 to 6:30 every morning. After this, practice is done in two sessions in the morning and evening. Talking about facilities, modern arrangements like fields, nets, nutritious food and housing have been provided to the players.

Rajesh Saraswat of District Cricket Association says that more than 100 children are participating in this camp organized by DCA. He says that the return of cricket activities has brought new energy to sports culture in Karauli. And now the District Cricket Association is going to organize big tournaments like DCA and KPL soon, which will open the way for local talents to reach the state and national level.
