New Delhi. As the 18th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is progressing, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is getting into trouble. Five -time champion CSK IPL has lost four out of five matches in 2025 and is at number nine in the point table. Captain Rituraj has been out of the tournament after getting injured by Gaikwad. 1. Middle order weakness
CSK’s Middle Order is continuously staggering in IPL 2025. Shivam Dubey, Rahul Tripathi, Vijay Shankar scored runs on some occasions, but there is no continuity in their performance. Especially, the middle order is collapsing while chasing the big score. This is also affecting the performance of MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja, who often bat at number six and seventh.
