In the 24th match of IPL-18, Delhi Capitals won the fourth win and defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 wickets. In response to RCB’s 164 runs on Thursday, DC scored 169 runs losing 4 wickets thanks to KL Rahul’s unbeaten 93 and won 13 balls.
Interesting moments were seen at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. Vipraj Nigam ran out Phil Salt. Virat Kohli was dismissed from Mitchell Starc’s diving catch. Rajat Patidar left Rahul’s catch. He won the match by applying six. Bengaluru created its second fastest fifty in the IPL.

1. Vipraj runs out Salt
Phil Sult was dismissed for 37 runs on 17 balls.
Phil Sold was runout on the fifth ball of the fourth over. On the fifth ball of Akshar Patel’s over, Salt played a shot on the short cover and ran for the run but Virat Kohli refused. Vipraj Nigam, standing here, throwed the wetkeeper KL Rahul and he dismissed Salt for 37 runs.
The Salt ran to take runs but Kohli refused.
2. Kohli out of Stark’s diving catch
Kohli was dismissed for 22 runs.
Virat Kohli was caught out in the 7th over of Bengaluru’s innings. On the last ball of Vipraj’s over, Kohli played a shot in front but could not take time for the ball. Mitchell Starc, standing on the long off, ran towards the front and diverted and caught the catch. Kohli scored 22 runs.
3. Rahul’s catch missed by silver
Rajat dropped Rahul’s catch.
Captain Rajat Patidar gave a life to KL Rahul for 5 runs. Yash Dayal threw the second ball of the third over. Rahul played a big shot. Rajat, standing on the mid -off, ran backwards and diving but the ball fell on the ground with his hand.
4. Rahul won the match by putting six
KL Rahul scored 93 runs on 53 balls.
On the last ball of the 18th over, KL Rahul put a six and named the match to Delhi. Yash Dayal threw the fifth ball of the over full toss of the over. Rahul played a flick shot and went to Six over the ball deep fine leg.
