But it has happened. And that too in international cricket. This unique record has been made by Sachin Tendulkar. The Master Blaster scored 7.1 runs on each ball on an average. Sachin Tendulkar, who set a world record of hundred centuries in international cricket, was made in 2002/03 by Sachin Tendulkar. The master blaster set this record in Christchurch. This ODI match played at Christchurch was divided into 4 innings of 10-10 overs. The team of India and New Zealand had to play 2-2 innings of 10-10 overs. In both the teams, 12 players were playing instead of 11. The number of players in each team was also reduced to 12 instead of 11. This ODI match was named ‘Cricket Max International’.
