New Delhi. The current season of Pakistan Super League is in more controversy than sports. In the match played between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United, the players started fighting among themselves when the batsman looked at Chaking on the bowler of the opposition team. New Zealand batsman Colin Munro accused Pakistan’s all -rounder Iftikhar Ahmed of bowling incorrectly. The matter increased so much that captain Mohammad Rizwan reached the strike end to fight the batsman who complained. During this time, Colin Munro, while turning his elbow, bowled and showed how Iftikars are bowling him wrongly. Seeing the matter deteriorating, the umpire had to rescue the middle.
The incident took place after the third ball in the 10th over of Islamabad United’s run chase. Iftikhar bowled a yorker ball, which was successfully defended by Colin Munro. However, Munro was not satisfied with that delivery and claimed Chaking on the bowler. Munro said that Iftikhar ahmed was bowling incorrectly. His elbow was not turning properly during bowling. According to the ICC Rule, a bowler is not allowed to straighten his hand more than 15 degrees.
