New Delhi: The bowling action of Usman Tariq of Pakistan, an off-spinner of Quetta Gladiators, has been complained during the Pakistan Super League T20 tournament. Tariq’s complaint was reported by the field umpires Ahsan Raza and Chris Brown after Quetta lost by 79 runs against Lahore Kalandars. Tariq took one wicket for 31 runs.
The Pakistan Cricket Board said in a statement, ‘According to the rules, Usman can bowl in the remaining PSL matches, but can be suspended from bowling if she complains again. After this, he will have to get approval from the ICC -recognized lab, only after which he will be able to bowl.
